Map zooms to region(s) selected #12

But it's a bit buggy. Let's say you filter to only Honduras areas. After applying filters, the map may or may not zoom in to the right area, and then if you click on a point, it'll zoom in but then if you zoom out, other points on the map will show that shouldn't be there

This has been brought up again. It looks like the zoom in after clicking "Apply filters" doesn't work properly until clicking the button one or two times
