Add loading animation #14

Spinning wheel, dancing bars like FMA tool, whatever. Prioritize having a loading animation as the app starts. Shiny does this automatically for the other dashboards, look into how to do it for dash.

Added startup animation in 058fc6f. Still need to add animations for when plots are drawing
