Find a Tool Check that per hour/per sample/per run carries through to the headings (for example, this tool is a per time unit booking but the heading below States "Price per Run"

One-time set up cost move up and into the grey box (left of the green button).

Added the setup price to the 'proceed to booking' box. Attempted to DRY some of the repetition between sample/time based tools.
