Add LICENSE to make explicit under which license Fuse V1 is released #47

After some initial discussion on Discord I think it makes sense to go for AGPL-3.0-only (GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE version 3). The package.json does not need to be updated.

If we do want to change it in the future it is a trivial change.
