Oracles/BalancerV2TwapPriceOracle has incorrect contract name and natspec #8

It currently fails to generate a valid ABI and therefore no interface can be generated - we should evaluate what the impact is if we were to correct the contract name to match the filename. It could also be that the error is unrelated to the contract name.

Blocked until we decide on whether we should start implementing "fixes" on existing pieces of code without deploying a new version.

This was unblocked by upgraded interface generation script
