Can't cache greater than 100MB #248

I can't cache more than 100MB regardless of the settings in 1.80. Set the cache at 30%, open a few GB file, let it load, press "I". The result should be a cache greater than 100MB

Will edit to add log later 1.80, all, win 10 x64

I am having the same problem. 100 MB is not enough for 4k video streaming from a busy server. Should be 1GB at least.
