I use the OdroidC2 coming from rPi2. To put it simply, I have a delay of 2-4 seconds for video to appear on the TV once playback begins on the C2 which wasn't on the rPi. Audio appears and the video shows up eventually in sync with the audio. But, I missed a few seconds of the opening scene of the show, movie, concert, etc. C2 is good because it supports codecs and resolutions that rPi2 can't support.

Basically I keep all the standard stock settings. However, I do have it setup for HDMI audio out for all possible -and- C2 is set to 4K resolution.

latest version for C2, 1.8.0 I do believe. Default skin and default everything from IMAGE.
PMS: [version and operating system]
PMS 1.9.4.xxxxx whatever the latest release is on Ubuntu 16.04.3 x64. Issue has been present since going to C2 which I did around PMS 1.9.0.xxxx.
