OpenPHT: 1.8.0, Black Edition skin, Windows 10 64-bit (Fall Creators Update)
PMS: 1.9.6.4429 (Runs on same PC as OpenPHT above)
Video card: GTX 1080 Ti (same problem occurs with a GTX 1060 GB)
As per the subject line, when I start a video through OpenPHT, it can sometimes take a long while for the info/progress bar to appear (it should "load" itself by flashing on-screen for a split second). The problem is that until the bar appears / loads, I am unable to use seek steps and other features that are only offered when the info bar has been loaded. This happens at random... sometimes, the info bar will correctly appear/load right at the beginning of the video, other times it can take up to 3-4 minutes to appear. This has been happening to me for a long while; I even tried installing it on a fresh Windows install but the problem persists. Not sure what's preventing this from always loading immediately?
