Windows Scaling causes fullscreen to break #275

OpenPHT 1.8.0, any skin, W10

Trying to fullscreen on my 4k tv makes OpenPHT span across all 3 of my monitors when my 4k tv has 150% scaling on it via Windows. Turning that off makes fullscreen possible again, but for everything outside of plex I can't read anything because it's so small.

Are you using 'true fullscreen' or windowed fullscreen mode in OpenPHT ?

My own experience is that Win10 has big problems with all programs that use true fullscreen mode, so I always use a windowed fullscreen mode when available (as in OpenPHT). I don't have a 4KTV myself, so I can't test if that would help in your scenario, but it's worth trying anyway.

You'll find the relevant setting "Use fullscreen window" in the same OpenPHT submenu with "Display mode" and "Resolution", just below the latter.

really weird, it fixed itself despite me having scaling still i have no idea whats going on, im gonna just say the new creators update is buggy as hell
