HDR playback support #310

I'm on Windows10 and latest versions of Server and OPHT.

Trying to play any HDR source, the colors gets washed out.

VLC plays right out of the box. MPC-HC with couple of clicks in MadVR settings also plays good. Plex Media Player also plays right out of the box. Not OPHT :(
