Openpht 1.6.1 embedded on NUC no 4K display #97

Hi

I have a NUC Braswell PPYH 4gb ram/120gbssd. I can run Openpht 1.6.1 embedded fine but in the settings it will not allow me to select a 4k resolution for my display (I am running it on a 4K 80inch LG tv, is this possible?)

it will let me choose 1920x1080 but also 2880x480 which is a peculiar resolution.

the ppyh version with windows 8.1 will run regular pht fine. the cpyh version will not run pht on win 10 properly, constant delays for menu and playback and "not found" issues.

Could you please help me to set the openpht embedded for my resolution? the response time is so quick, it is an awesome build!!

Please try the new Intel_EGL embedded build of 1.6.2, it is specifically optimized for newer Intel cpu and should allow for up to 4K@30hz 8-bit HEVC playback with Braswell.

Hi

I have tried that build and the resolutions i can choose from remain the same, nothing over 1080p except that odd 2880x480 resolution when connected to a 4k TV. Would it be possible to fix this?

I have confirmed it works smoothly with 4k 8bit but its choppy with 4k 10 bit somehow...

Thank you!
