Something like these updates are needed to correctly deploy to the production cluster:
[ ] Take cluster offline
The currently pending requests must be handled, then disconnect the loadbalancer and display some message about temporary maintenance.
[ ] Backup the postgresql db (Create snapshot of the EBS volume)
[ ] Upgrade the deployment
[ ] After deployment, recycle the action server pod. This is not done automatically. (Because the docker image tag is unchanged?)
