Add extraEnvFrom to easily add env from secrets or/and configmaps to deployment

Hello! Thank you for your contribution and I apologise for this late reply. We are currently working on the new helm charts and we are moving away from maintaining these. We will make sure this is the part of new charts!

With that in mind, I will close this PR. Thank you and looking forward to your feedback on the new charts when they are released. :)
