Fix Model Regression Tests #58

The model regression tests have been failing on some datasets due to changes in domain.yml for the 3.0 release (see Slack thread here).

I have run the recommended rasa data migrate on the domain file in order to address rasa#10041.

@tttthomasssss Just a heads up, Rasa versions need to be bumped for the CI checks to pass. I'll take care of it on Monday and get it merged in.

Data validation seems to be broken with Forms in 3.0: https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa/issues/10447. Waiting until this issue is resolved before merging.
