how to implement bot like SARA which can support multilingual ? #574

1) Want to build a contextual bot where user will not declare the language in which they are typing. Will mBERT can detect & do Intent & entity classification ?
2) Also is their any samples which explain about DIET classifier using pretrained bert vectors?
