And I use mklink to link these two dir
But when i make install again i saw Error code again
Another question is
i have uninstalled pip lots of time and use pip -V check the version is 23.0.1, but when i type make install these message will show again, i can't confirm this Error code is cause by pip version or not. I try lots of different ways,including create another virtualenv, set the env again,and try python 3.7 3.6 and pip version 23 21 , but it didn't work.
