[ATO-1652] Add gRPC support

Add support to communicate with Rasa over gRPC protocol.

• [ ] updated the documentation in the rasaHQ/rasa
• [ ] updated the changelog (please check changelog for instructions)
• [ ] reformat files using black (please check Readme for instructions)
