Proposed changes: Add redirects for SEO updates.

@m-vdb My last PR was messed up so started a new one. I removed the "enterprise" redirects (will move to rasa-x) and the "rasa-website" ones as well.

Status (please check what you already did):

[ ] added some tests for the functionality
[ ] updated the documentation
[ ] updated the changelog (please check changelog for instructions)
[ ] reformat files using black (please check Readme for instructions)
