CI images update #586

Update images used for Linux, flatpak and macOS builds to the latest available as CCI is phasing out support for the currently used ones.

The macOS build failed. https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/Rasbats/shipdriver_pi/1064/workflows/17281930-23d0-409e-b7db-393b5dba4814/jobs/10214 Can you see the reason for this. No changes recently in git.push orupload.sh.in.

Interesting that it does work in my fork without this, but simply adding /Users/distiller/.local/bin to PATH should take care of it.
