AstroPi - emulator missing #951

Based off this draft PR to bump the editor web component used there's a few minor issues we need to resolve. These were discussed and aspects were agreed to be added to LE teams backlog.

Currently when loading the latest web component in AstroPi the emulator doesn't load. Investigate and fix.

To develop put the astro-pi-registration repo locally (see PR) and visit this path: http://localhost:3196/mz/code_submissions/new to view the web component
