Code Club World PDF branding #106

Hey, I just pushed to the Python curriculum, and 'codeclubrobot' (the politest robot in the world :) ) made a pull request, which contains the PDFs.

These look amazing!

The only thing I spotted was the footer website, which should include the codeclubworld.org website, and not codeclub.org.uk!

...also, I wonder whether the title bars should be blue and not green, to fit in with the branding of Code Club World? Is it possible to do that?

I thought the same! Yep, that is very doable :)
