Add a custom 404 page #134

It has been flagged up here before that project URLs often change – usually due to projects being reordered.

One way to mitigate the problem a bit would be with a more helpful 404 page. I’d suggest something like:

Perhaps the page you were looking for has moved? Try navigating there using the menus

…or something to that effect.

The analytics on a 404 page might be quite handy – it’s possible there are some 404ing URLs with a decent amount of traffic ([this Scratch day URL](http://projects.codeclub.org.uk/en-GB/03_scratch_bonus/01/Space Junk.html), possibly?) for which a redirect might be worthwhile. A custom 404 page would allow you to record this.
