Projects with additional resources should include 'starter' projects

Rather than requiring volunteers/children to download images and import into Scratch, we should create 'starter' projects that can be downloaded or remixed.

The 'Ada's Poetry Generator' project already includes one as an example:

Projects requiring a 'starter' project are:

Scratch Module 1

• [x] Paint Box
• [x] Boat Race

Scratch Module 2

• [x] Dodgeball
• [x] Catch the Dots
• [x] Create Your own World

Above projects:

• [ ] Update resources projects, including adding to git and make live (needs to be synchronised)
• [ ] Remove individual image resources from projects

Additional Projects

• [ ] Snowball Fight

Community Projects

• [ ] Table Football
