Adding a Feedback form #26

Intro

Currently we have the issue that the developers do not know the end-user and the user may not always know how to provide feedback in case of issues or new feature requests.

Problem:

Many users don't have a GitHub account or may not be comfortable joining a Discord server just to complain about a bug. Same issue with Email. On top of that, there is no guided way on how to provide feedback and it therefore makes it even harder to provide useful information.

Desired Solution:

Create like a Google Form that users can fill out anonymously if they want where we ask direct questions in regards of the feedback and then can openly discuss on the Discord server or on GitHub. The goal of the form is to collect new ideas, while also allow non-GitHub users to provide bug and security issues reports.

After some testing I will close this issue
