A2CLOUD license is a little vague and messy #21

I just created a LICENSE.md for A2CLOUD in f6ecf67. This file is a little muddy because we have a script under one license that goes and just installs a bunch of stuff under a whole bunch of licenses. This issue will somewhat auto-resolve itself as we gear up for jessie support and building this thing as a proper Debian package. Just documenting the issue for now so it's known that we're aware it needs some cleaning up. :)

Still muddy, but solutions for all of these things are in progress. Leaving this open for now.
