utils ER: command aliases like a2copy, a2delete rather than acmd and cppo arguments #24

Remembering command line arguments is a pain. There's already "a2cat", so why not "a2copy", "a2delete", etc? These could just be acmd aliases in a2cloud-aliases.txt or a2server-aliases.txt.

Also, special command to get disk format and archive order (DO or PO) out of acmd -i
