Preinstall RPi (null modem) Quick Dial in ProTERM #37

I might have actually done this already, but it would certianly save a few clunky steps if the A2CLOUD disk came out of the box with a Null Modem connect to the Pi ready to roll from its quick dial menu rather than having to fuss with the Online Parameters.
