Pull Ivan's patches into git #44

@IvanExpert made some patches to A2SERVER on his website to support installing 6.0.2 and 6.0.3 as well as fixing a few other bugs. Since we're still getting organized around here, those changes are not yet based around the version we have here in git, so we'll need to merge those changes in ourselves.

I'm assigning myself to this; the issue is just to document that it hasn't been done yet. :P

I opened this for documentation, but forgot to close it with the commit that did it. Oops.
