Nothing Happens #2

When I run the clipshare daemon on 2 windows machines, and use the same password in both config files, absolutely nothing happens. There is no log output when running the daemons, and no copy / paste operations seem to work.

The idea of this app is amazing. But there is so little feedback, I can't even paste any diagnostics here.

Help please.

hello, thanks for the feedback, and opening the issue!

Clipshare server is running and operational, therefore it should be a local problem. Could you please write few words about your installation process?

Normally, CS outputs information through notifications, so you could see things like Copied to X, Pasted from Y etc. while working, erorrs also use this mechanism. If there are no notifications, it means either the keyboard shortcut was not properly configured, the shortcut was not detected or, alternatively, the program crashed unexpectedly, what should be noticeable through the means you're running the program with.

Do you use your internal laptop keyboard or an external-one?
