change format of parameter selection pane #6

it currently looks like this: image but used to (and should) look like this: image Also make "-1" superscripted

also make it possible to type a value in (basically it shouldn't validate on every single change or keypress, but rather... on blur (probably?)

I stripped some of Isaac's font files retaining to this because they were causing issues when rebuilding the React App to work with GitHub Pages. Here is a link to those font files on Isaac's version: https://github.com/isaac-j-miller/virtual-hendi/tree/master/front/public/fonts.
