Removed old references that throw errors on startup since the new version of KlipperScreen

This would require updating the pinned_commit for moonraker (currently it would break with the pinned commit), as well as proper long term testing.

I'm gonna leave this open for now, as i intend on bumping everything for RC3 and pin KlipperScreen as well for the final 2.1.0 release.
