Add reminder to board detection page #14

Reminder now shows image

Boards with no reminder do not have any changes image

I'm closing this in favor of https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS-configurator/commit/838b2e512318fbc5e41081cb018a45896210e72c and https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS-configuration/commit/afad806d090c34996ccbc8986f202ea192891267

It required a slightly different approach since the dfu reminder was used for more than just the boot0 jumper. The info message is now shown when a dfu device is detected, before the users clicks "flash", as the jumper should be removed before flashing has been completed and the board attempts to reboot.
