Feature request: allow manual entry for wifi SSID and password

This is on the orange pi 3 lts - the wifi chip doesn't have the ability to host a hotspot and scan for networks at the same time. But it would be helpful if this happens to fall back and allow the user to manually enter the SSID and password for their wifi network.
