flexible observation_space, fixed action_space bug, and added pettingzoo's seed= option for reset().

great!! Btw, for the time being I'll probably just wave through any changes to files within your contrib folder without properly checking. Not to stop you from suggesting changes to RiaB core code as well if you need to (I'll definitely check those!).
