[BUG] F1 minimizes CS GO / overlay not working #709

Describe the bug It builds completely fine and since day 1 i built it the same way, but even getting already built versions from my friends that work it keeps happening. When i run it (even with admin perms) it all goes well it says the overlay inicialized and i see the ratpoison ui icon on the taskbar blinking (opens and closes in 1 second), when in the game menu i press F1 and CSGO minimizes and nothing more happens.

To Reproduce I only start it and press F1, simple as that.

change resolution to fullscreen windowed

intended behavior of fullscreen mode, overlay cannot be drawn over a fullscreen app.

Im so stupid, idk why it changed to fullscreen and i assumed it was on window all the time
