Add Mastodon server option #76

With the proliferation of Mastadon servers we should be able to specify where our account is hosted.

Renames social_config.mastodon to social_config.mastodon_username
Adds social_config.mastodon_server
Retain behaviour where Mastodon username is used to control appearance
Retain behaviour where mastodon.social server is default
Fallback to social_config.mastodon for backwards compatibility
Meets requirements for Mastodon link verification
