As the title says, I don't want any trace of it left on the UI. How to do that?

if you changed the posters to Cinemeta, then you go to https://cinemeta.ratingposterdb.com/configure and press the "(revert all changes)" button, if you installed other addons with RPDB, then you uninstall those addons and install them again without RPDB
