context

Heex template is favored over slime template, as part of the project update.

plan

[x] create template conversion tool as a separate repo RatioPBC/slim2heex
[x] remove slime template related codes
[x] apply code conversion and make all the tests pass

acceptance criteria

[x] slime codes are removed and tests are passed
