More settings/game modes #7

A few popular modes are missing. E.g. you can't specify wether you want user to be able to play two identical cards, count up +2, count up +4, etc. Also I remember some modes when playing uno on my DSi where playing a 0 or 7 would switch cards of all players or between two players.

New rules are in the works. Thanks for the suggestions.

+2 cards are already cumulative.

Ok. Just noticed that they are but didn't before since each player has to draw cards and not just the last one of a +2 streak. Maybe make that configurable too. Also could you save settings somehow per user or channel?

Ah and I found out that the mode that I played on my DSI is called 7-0: https://www.letsplayuno.com/support/rules.html
