improvement index #13

improve main page, add file url support and remove status by direct scan number support. Disallow combined user inputs in the direct frontend. With this I mean making it impossible for the end user to enter both a file link and a file, layout like https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload would work best for this imo

At some point soon (Like in the next few days) I am gonna completley redo the pages, ill do that then. If you have any thoughts on how the reports page should look, I will happily take them.
