Record type: (weapon/armor) is it enchanted: YES should it be distributed as random loot: NO should enchanted versions be distributed: NO is it a unique/quest item: YES

This is a replacer, and shouldn't need patching. However, Bloodscythe and Soulrender are Scimitars in the base game and will bind to the replacer weapons sharing the name, despite them being swords in the mod.
