http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34569 "During the patching process, Perkus Patchus seems to have issues (at least from here). By putting it in the block list for the patcher, all problems were solved (The game main menu wouldn't load). Apparently it is trying to tag something in it and it's throwing the end result patch off.

The file you need to block list is; kuerteeSightlessSenses.esp"

Seems to be a 'Skyrim Sorcery' mod, works fine above PerMa, destroys everything below PerMa.
