Improved Nock to Tip compatibility #480

Added custom materials and bindings for Mirkwood, Trick Shot, and Black Arrows
Added separate bindings for the Vindskjaer Bow and Vindskjaer Crossbow
Rebalanced bindings for both Vindskjaer weapons so they are both on par with high level weapons

I wasn't sure where to put the Vindskjaer weapon bindings, so left them with the other Vindskjær binding. I can always shift them around if there's a better spot for them.
