As you wrote in the CelliD Vignette, "CelliD is a clustering-free multivariate statistical method for the robust extraction of per-cell gene signatures from single-cell RNA-seq."However, I have a question, whether the gene activity matrix inferred from scATAC-seq can also be applied to the cellid algorithm.If possible, that would solve a lot of problems.
