Stop defaulting the moduleType metadata property. Auto-detect instead. #58

See #57 and #56. Auto-detect is the safest way.

Also see #55: the crawling routine shouldn't set any defaults.

This is done for bower in the crawl branch. Need to investigate npm further.

Fixed as of 0.3.0.
