Improved CoinRequest functions

Two commits have been made:

One for fixing the problem that the CoinRequest button was not responding in the FragmentReceive view (share address)
One for an extra check for requesting an amount. Some users reported a crash when requesting an amount (FragmentRequestAmount view)
