[Request] ipfs switch to manual mode

IPFS Browse use ipfs.io. This domain is banned in some areas. （1 Billion people can't open ipfs.io ,almost 25% of all internet)

I sugget to add ipfs manual mode like node switch. Everyone can change the ipfs.io to other ipfs doamin or ip or their ipfs server.

Let asset issuer and user have choice to choose ipfs server.
