add mariadb 107 to mysql options #53

I think we're up to maria 110 now

and it's time to remove maria 102

mariadb 10.10 is development. mariadb 10.6 is the highest LTS release. MariaDB 10.7 - 10.9 are short term releases, going EOL in a few months to a less than one year from now. So not adding 10.10 to the option list.
