There's a SGML version too. afterwork is to remove XML_CATALOG_FILES from specifications

after ravenadm 1.84 is released, this MAKE_ENV line can be removed from current specification files

created a bug:

SGML_CATALOG_FILES=/raven/share/sgml/docbook/catalogXML_CATALOG_FILES=/raven/share/xml/catalogRAVENADM=building

it needs trailing whitespace
