Extend run summary web page #73

When building on several machines at the same time, it's easy to get confused and look at the wrong browser tab (at least this happened to me several times already). Currently ravenadm's web output lists the profile, whether polling is active and the kickoff time.

Feature request: Add a fourth row platform that displays the equivalent of ${OSNAME} ${OSRELEASE} (${OSARCH}). Maybe also put profile and polling on one line and add one more after platform for hostname which displays the output of hostname -f. That would be some good info to have visible for the ravenports run summary web page all the time.

I like the suggestion to put profile and polling on the same line, and put platform underneath it. I'll try to implement that now.
